What helps us quote faster
- Part number or SKU for each item — ours or the manufacturer’s
- Quantity, or two quantities if you’re deciding between them
- Ship-to ZIP at minimum; the full address for anything on a pallet
- Whether the delivery point has a dock or forklift
- A deadline, if there is one
- Bulky items — cabinets, matting, barricades, spill pallets — ship LTL freight and are quoted to your address
- No dock or tractor-trailer access? Tell us — we’ll quote liftgate service with the freight
- Government and military buyers: mention your contract or purchase vehicle in the notes
- Ordering the same items every month? Ask about recurring orders in the notes
- Custom logo apparel has its own form — start there for printed vests and shirts
